First Class Charter owners Bill and Jimmie Ann Adams welcome two new 2019 MCI J4500 coaches.

DES PLAINES, ILLINOIS, OCTOBER 29, 2018: (TSX:NFI) Motor Coach Industries (MCI), a U.S. subsidiary of NFI Group Inc., ("NFI"), the largest transit bus and motor coach manufacturer and parts distributor in North America, noted that in a little more than 10 years, First Class Charter of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee has grown to a fleet of 11 vehicles including nine motor coaches on the strength of its reputation for service, excellent drivers and smart selling to a diverse audience of customers throughout its service area.

And to support its growing business, First Class has just put two brand-new 2019 MCI J4500s into service.

"Our region is experiencing a geographic change with families and corporations moving to the South, and we're expanding all of our services to meet that demand," said owner Bill Adams. "MCI's J4500 provides a luxury experience with the reliability and workhorse performance that we need for a growing company like ours that makes its name on passenger comfort and on-time dependability."

First Class started in 2007 when Adams partnered with his wife, leased a pre-owned coach and began charters for local banks offering tour and travel adventures for its clients. As First Class' reputation for quality service and well-trained, personable drivers grew, business took off. By 2014, First Class started buying new coaches to elevate its reputation even further. "We are fortunate because our growth has come through word-of-mouth endorsements," says Adams. "And we work very hard to live up to our name."

Each of First Class's new MCI J4500 coaches feature tasteful interiors with such amenities as reclining seats, in-motion satellite television, 110-volt outlets and backup cameras.

The company is certified by the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) to transport U.S. military personnel and Adams says his company asks for a federal safety inspection every 90 days to assure proper maintenance and achievement of the highest safety standards. "We are honored to achieve our level of federal certification," said Adams.

"First Class' vision of its customer base has helped it achieve such notable growth in a short period of time," said Patricia Ziska, MCI Vice President of New Coach Sales. "MCI is very proud to help serve First Class's customers with the industry's best-selling J4500."

The company specializes in charter bus and group and senior travel, serving tour and school groups, church and corporate events, family reunions, and of course military clients. First Class is a member of the Tennessee Motorcoach Association, the Alabama Motorcoach Association, United Motorcoach Association and the American Bus Association.
