DES PLAINES, ILLINOIS, OCTOBER 25, 2016: (TSX:NFI) (TSX:NFI.DB.U) Motor Coach Industries ("MCI"), a subsidiary of New Flyer Industries Inc. (the "Company"), the largest bus and motor coach manufacturer in North America says with 200 MCI J4500 coaches purchased over the past 14 years, Cline Tours definitely knows what it likes and how to keep its customers happy.

The Ridgeland, Mississippi-based charter company recently accepted delivery of 14 MCI J4500 coaches, all fully appointed 2017 models. This makes Cline one of the top three operators with the most new J4500s in North America.

Cline's 120-motor coach fleet, exclusively comprised of MCI J4500s, is model year 2012 or newer.

"Because MCI has been just great to work with since we bought our first to this 200th J4500, I can't imagine another model or manufacturer coming close. So I don't try. I am happy," said John McCommon, who acquired Cline and its single MCI coach in 1996. "From parts supply to training, MCI's got it covered for us. Wherever we are, or whatever we need, MCI is there waiting on us."

Cline extends similar customer care to its clientele. "We've solidified our size, yet we're still growing because we work very hard to win new customers," said McCommon. For Cline, it's all about new equipment with the latest features. That's the name of the game in the competitive bidding environment that defines motor coach charter travel.

"Success depends on rates and availability. Good operators have to have run with new equipment today. Customers like riding in newer stuff, there are fewer breakdowns, and we stay green," said McCommon.

"Nothing makes us prouder than helping longtime customers — particularly those as loyal as Cline — reach these important milestones," said Patricia Ziska, MCI Vice President of New Coach Sales. "We are so happy MCI is part of Cline's success."

With this news-making delivery, Cline also raises the bar in riding comfort by adding optional amenities such as power outlets, satellite TV and Wi-Fi on their new MCI J4500s. Standard safety features on the latest MCI J4500 coaches include three-point passenger seatbelts, electronic stability control, and a Bendix braking system for car-like control. Advances in clean diesel engine technology provide lower emissions and excellent fuel economy. Cline uses XRS electronic logging devices on all its coaches to track fuel usage and fleet performance in real time.

McCommon's uncommon growth record puts Cline's entire fleet at 200 vehicles rounded out with school and mini-buses. He has also grown the business through acquisitions and opening new locations. Alabama Buses Unlimited, for example, was purchased in June. He visits Cline's nine locations that include Memphis, Tennessee, and Birmingham, Alabama, as often as possible.

"I'm hands-on and like to stay here and run the business," said McCommon, who holds staff meetings two to three times a week. "But, I would rather be in sales. I like talking to and taking care of customers." Learn more at
