CORPORATE COACH CHARTER & TOURS FIRST TO GO
WITH TWO RESTYLED COMFORTCLASS SETRA S 407 COACHES

DES PLAINES, ILLINOIS, JUNE 27, 2016: (TSX:NFI) (TSX:NFI.DB.U) Motor Coach Industries ("MCI"), a subsidiary of New Flyer Industries Inc. (the "Company"), the largest bus and motor coach manufacturer in North America announced that to deliver ultimate comfort to a discerning audience, you need the ultimate coach. And for Corporate Coach Charter & Tour, Setra fits the bill.

MCI, the U.S. and Canadian distributor of Daimler Bus-built Setra coaches, announced today that the Los Angeles, California-based company is the first operator in the United States to take delivery of two restyled ComfortClass Setra S 407s.

But this was no ordinary delivery.

Paul Eshaghi, who founded Corporate Coach Charter and Tours in 1990, knew the exact look and feel he wanted on a Setra S 407 for his corporate customers, when he toured the Ulm, Germany plant two years ago. "I sat down with Setra and MCI representatives and discussed how we serve upscale corporate clients that expect high-end, elegant looking coaches," he said. "I suggested that if the S 407 was brought a little bit more upscale, especially the front exterior, along with a luxury interior, it would be a perfect coach for the U.S." said Eshaghi, already a Setra customer with two 2015 Setra S 417 coaches. Noting the advantage of similar parts for easier maintenance, the savings from the lower price, and a more attractive coach, "I was eager to try the S 407," he said.

Thank Eshaghi and other Setra owners for the fact that the German-engineered Setra S 407 now comes with optional front and rear bumpers that sport the same sleek, German-engineered design and taillights as the S417. Plus the addition of the optional upscale Setra-exclusive Voyage Plus seats with new fabrics and trim options gives the interior a more elegant look.

Brent Maitland, MCI Vice President of Marketing and Product Planning, notes that the best product ideas often come from customers. "We appreciate feedback and ideas about what would make the product more appealing for their passengers and more profitable in their operations," he said. "Many of the changes made to the restyled S 407 are directly from the suggestions of Setra owners."

Safety features on the S 407 include SmartWave® tire-pressure monitoring and a fire-detection system. Exterior lighting includes halogen headlights, LEDs, daytime running lights, and lights for fog, cornering and docking. The Setra S 407 is equipped with a Mercedes Benz OM 471 engine and a high-capacity AC system to accommodate regions with extreme temperatures.

Corporate Coach's new Setra S 407 also features a Bosch entertainment system along with dual 110v outlets with dual USB ports at each seat.

MCI showcased Corporate Coach’s new S 407 at its customer-appreciation Reliability Rally in Los Alamitos, CA, on June 1. Corporate Coach took delivery of the first restyled S 407 when it arrived in March, and purchased its second one this month after getting feedback from customers and drivers. "Customers liked its looks, and our drivers said it handled as great as our S 417s. That's when I jumped for the second one," said Eshaghi. "Parts, service and training have come along and it really helped to see the factory. Things are getting better. The Setra 407 gives us another way to differentiate ourselves in satisfying all our clients' ground transportation needs."

MCI showcased Corporate Coach's new S 407 during its customer-appreciation Reliability Rally held at the MCI Sales and Service Center in Los Alamitos, California, on June 1.

"Operators who have seen the new coach are impressed," said Maitland. "The S 407 is well positioned versus the competition, offering a higher-level of standard features along with the recognized, world-wide leading Setra brand. We welcome operators to take a look for themselves."
